Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:
- We offer a one-year warranty on defective parts.

2. Warranty Terms:
- Warranties provide for the replacement of the defective part with another part only. No cash refunds, reimbursement of labor costs, shipping costs, or other expenses will be provided.
- Replacement under warranty does not extend the warranty term. The warranty period begins upon delivery of the original order.

3. Returning Defective Parts:
- If your product is defective, please return all parts, including hardware and sensors, in their original packaging for an exchange.
- Ensure that you are returning parts that were purchased from Alpine Performance. Items not originally purchased from Alpine Performance or that have been misrepresented (e.g., Genuine/OEM returned in place of aftermarket) will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs:
- Warranty does not cover the shipping cost of new parts or the return shipping cost of defective parts. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

5. Specific Part Coverage:
- The warranty covers only the specific part that is defective. For example, if one rotor is defective, the warranty covers only that one rotor. You should purchase another rotor and new brake pads for optimal performance.
