1. Return Eligibility:
- Parts may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the part price.
- Contact customer service by email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- All return items must have an RMA#; returns without an RMA# will not be accepted.

2. Shipping Costs:
- We do not refund the original shipping cost.
- If you request a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping and the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Fitment Issues:
- If a part doesn't fit, do not attempt to modify or "make it fit" as this can result in damage to the part, your car, or yourself.
- Alpine Performance is not responsible for any costs exceeding the cost of the part.
- We will not accept returns of parts that have been installed or modified.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- Any damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

5. Packaging and Condition:
- To receive credit, a returned part must be complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging (unless specifically noted otherwise).
- Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in.
- Returns may not be refundable if the part or the manufacturer's box is damaged while in transit to our warehouse.
- Ensure the part is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

6. Shipping Charges and Refused Deliveries:
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package due to an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Reporting Issues:
- Missing orders, missing parts, wrong parts, or damaged packages must be reported to Alpine Performance by email within 48 hours of the shipping carrier confirming that the order was delivered.
