15 Car Parts That Can Be Recycled & Reused
You might think that everything on your car needs to be replaced when broken, needs to be bought brand new, but you’ll be surprised at how many of your car parts can be recycled as well as reused, and that will help reduce your carbon footprint.
ENGINES
Your car engine contains a load of parts that can be recycled, or repaired. Sometimes your engine can’t be salvaged, but it can at least be taken apart for other engine parts.
BATTERIES
Many states have laws that prevent the improper disposal of car batteries, yet they’re one of the parts of your car with have a relatively high percentage of recyclability.
TIRES
Although not particularly biodegradable, if at all, word down tires can be shredded and used as playground surfaces or even turned into gasoline.
